RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam announced additional appointments to his Administration today.

Chelyen Davis, Acting Communications Director
Chelyen Davis has been appointed Acting Communications Director. She has served as the Deputy Communications Director since January 2018, and served as Communications Advisor to the Secretary of Health and Human Resources during the McAuliffe administration. She previously worked as journalist at newspapers in Fredericksburg, Lynchburg, and Bluefield, West Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Virginia, and is a native of Bluefield, Virginia.
