Individuals 65 and over (Birthday Was Before April 13, 1956)
Essential workers in 1B & 1C
janitorial/cleaning staff
transportation and logistics (gig workers such as Uber)
housing/construction (small construction/landscaping including CIF day laborers)
Individuals 18 years – 64 years old with underlying health conditions.
o Diabetes
o Hypertension or High Blood Pressure
o Cancer
o Chronic kidney disease
o COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
o Heart conditions, such as history of heart attack, heart failure, or coronary artery disease
o Immunocompromised state (weakened immune system) from transplant, HIV, use of steroid medications
or other immune weakening medicines.
o Obesity or Severe Obesity
o Pregnancy
o Sickle cell disease
o Asthma (moderate-to-severe)
o Cerebrovascular disease (i.e., history of stroke) o Liver disease (i.e., Cirrhosis or hepatitis)
o Pulmonary fibrosis
Transportation is available via FASTRAN if you don’t have a ride. Register at the same time as vaccine.
Must be a Fairfax County Resident
You will get a registration form by e-mail and paperwork prior to fill out – if unable to print about
paperwork can fill it out day of vaccine.
