All of us possess a gift that makes us both unique and great. Discerning that gift is not always simple. Some may discover their gift at an early age capitalizing on it to attain success. Others may struggle through life's challenges for years to find their special gift. Some may even believe that they have found their gift only to discover later a higher calling. While all of us are not endowed with the same capacity or the same opportunity we all have the ability to grow and learn. Finding your gift while perhaps difficult is only the first step to fulfillment. The key to happiness is learning to give that gift away to make a positive impact on others. It is when you give your talents away to benefit others that you achieve what you were destined to achieve. Finding your true purpose or you "Why" is a lifelong quest which involves discovering what makes you unique and then exercising that greatness to the benefit of others. We all have something to offer which can impact others. Find what makes you great and use it wisely to the benefit of others. That will bring you joy and fulfillment and make you a success.
