Quite often the difference between the person who is successful and others is rooted in their indomitable will, resilience in the face of adversity and their persistence. It takes courage to begin on a journey despite the risks involved. To begin you must overcome the limiting beliefs that hold you back and look fear in the face. Many fall by the wayside before even beginning the quest because they don't believe that they are enough for the task. Once started however it requires character to stay the course. Nothing worth accomplishing ever comes without hardship and sacrifice. Often it takes years of effort and multiple failures before successful accomplishments. Although the Chicago Bulls ultimately won 6 championships with Michael Jordan, they failed multiple times, falling to the Detroit Pistons in the playoffs. Champions however get up off the mat to continue the journey. They keep the faith even when others have given up on them. They learn from their failures and adjust their approach when necessary. We all have greatness within us and can become champions as well if we are willing to pursue our purpose through every failure
