INVESTIN is a family-owned and operated commercial real estate firm located in the Dulles Corridor since 1974. Our focus is to design and build high quality, effective and efficient office, flex and warehouse space at a reasonable cost, and to bend over backwards to serve the people who use our space.

INVESTIN has developed, leased, sold, and managed approximately 500,000 square feet of professional office, flex, retail and warehouse space in Reston, Herndon, Sterling and the Eastern Loudoun County area.

We are committed to sustainable building solutions and reducing energy waste. Large windows and skylights let in lots of natural light minimizing energy consumption and improving occupant wellbeing, comfort and productivity. Materials with low or no VOCs are used to support healthy indoor environments.  Upgraded insulation improves heating and cooling performance and dramatically reduces utility costs. The native plants in our landscaping increase water efficiency and the storm water runoff from paved areas and roofs is captured in underground vaults and filtered to remove the majority of potential pollutants. 

As an active member of the community, INVESTIN has been an active sponsor of the Friday Night Live! program for the past 6 years. Our employees participate in a number of community events and professional organizations, including Adopt-a-Highway, Institute of Real Estate Management, Northern Virginia Realtors, and Loudoun County and Dulles Chamber of Commerce.
